Everybody knows that it’s as good for you as a wholemeal pasta and two pieces of fruit a day.



Next to this, yoga is very healthy because:

It learns you to relax better

It makes you focus better

It balances your body, soul and mind.

 Kundalini Yoga is a specific form of yoga:

There are 1000s of exercises, which are teached in a set or kriya.

It’s more than relaxation, you’ll be enriched spiritually and will be more aware of your body and your health.
Use is being made of mantras, which will be sung (chanting).
Alternately we’ll be making use of yoga and meditation.

Kundalini Yoga is a worldwide, international community of teachers, festivals, music and workshops.



How often do you feel calm and relax each week?

I offer workshops and privet lessons in Kundalini Yoga for starters who are curious for a new way of relaxation and deepening.

 Setup 2-hour workshop or privet lesson

For a minimum of 1, and a maximum of 20 people.

  • We’ll start with a short introduction and a cup of herbal tea.
  • A Kundalini Yoga set.
  • A mantra meditation with music.
